Rally motor torque control
RN24's all wheel drive system is unique in it's design to mimic the handling characteristics of N's i20N Rally 1 Hybrid. By mimicing a rally car's power characteristics in a EV without high cost motorsport components, the RN24 signifies a new path transfer N's rally experience to production electric cars.
Rally spec suspension
The RN24's suspension system incorporates chassis development transferred from N's WRC experience in both Rally 1 and Rally 2. Components such as dampers and subframe assemblies are either direct carry overs, or custom designed to rally specification for maximum agility.
e-Handbrake with regen brake force
RN24's e-Handbrake utilizes the regen brake force for full rear wheel lock up. Not only does this eliminate the hybraulic hand brakes, but also offers consistent performance without the need for brake warm up and tire wear.
Rally spec steering ratio
The RN24's R-MDPS steering rack is steering ratio mimics the i20N Rally 1 Hybrid's steering rack in order to achieve both fast steering response and precision.
IONIQ 5 N based

N Active Sound+ with special sound enhancement kit
N's experimentation with sound continues through the RN24 featuring two additional speakers, one on each side, that feeds in to a sound chamber which itself is the rear fender. This creates a richer sound experience for both drivers and spectators and maximizes driver engagement.
Repackaged battery with short wheelbase
The IONIQ 5 N's power electric system is repackaged in to a smaller, lighter B segment chassis with 12% decrease in wheelbase compared to the IONIQ 5 N. The result is a highly maneuverable chassis that enables rally like driving behavior.

Lightweight, high strength exoskeleton design
RN24's exoskeleton allows engineering flexibility to combine technologies from ICE based WRC chassis and IONIQ 5 N's power electric system. The result is a smaller, and lighter vehicle that could be built and tested in a very short time frame.
